Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy for our courses
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Ariyel Academy LTD
- Goods refer to the products or service offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Websites refers to Ariyel Academy, accessible from https://ariyelacademy.com or our partners and sister sites
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You purchased the course or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, purchased the course.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we recieve the email detailing the cancelling of the order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refund
In order for the Purchase to be eligible for a return, please make sure that you have not accessed any of the materials for the course. Once you begin the course, you are no longer eligible for a full refund, even if you ask for a refund within the 7 days.
If you start to use any of our platforms within the 7 day period (i.e. accessing platform, downloading learning material), no refund will be payable.
Affiliates and Referral Schemes
With regards to affiliates or referral schemes, any Products or services which earn a reward or commission will have the following additional refund terms apply:
- any affiliate commisions or rewards will be revoked if a refund is issued on the order for which the reward was offered;
- once a commission is awarded or paid there will no longer be any eligibility for a refund on the order for which the reward was offered.
Cancellations by Ariyel Academy
We here at Ariyel Academy make every effort to avoid any changes to our programs. However, Ariyel Academy Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course. And If for any reason at all we cancel or discontinue a Product or service that has been purchased, all fees will be returned in full.
